Shipping

All artworks are packaged securely to avoid damage during shipping. Smaller prints, packaged prints, and other 3D items are shipped in a box, while larger prints are sent in heavy-duty cardboard tubes.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class signed for. International orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked. Please ask if you would like the tracking number for your order.

If an artwork is damaged during transit, please take a photo of it along with any damage to the packaging. Please email me immediately via this website’s online form so I can help to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-EU customers: there are no refunds/returns on products unless they are damaged or faulty.

EU customers can claim refunds within 14 days of receipt of products, so long as the product is returned in re-sellable condition. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of any returned items, unless they are damaged or faulty.
